This was my first time using Kate and Neil's taxis and it definitely won't be the last. I did a return journey to Manchester Airport with Kate and found it such an easy and relaxing experience. Kate was waiting exactly where she said she would be, the car was spotlessly clean and comfortable and Kate herself was really lovely to talk to. My flight time changed at short notice however Kate was super accommodating and quickly arranged a new pickup time. Their prices are also very good. We've thrown every different scenario at Neil and Kate and they have always provided the best, most efficient and charming service. We've now totally given up driving to the airport for example. Our family had great service from Kate - excellent communication and good company on our journeys. The car had plenty of space for luggage and a family of 4. Fab taxi service! First time we have used Kate and Neil's taxi for an airport transfer but so impressed we've already booked them for our next trip!
